Economics & Economic Analysis

MITRE engages with industry, academic, and government organizations not only through FFRDC-funded work, but also through several efforts organized through the Economic, Business, and Investment Analysis Community of Practice. These include an ongoing external distinguished economist series and periodic big events. Our last big event, “Harnessing the Power of Economics to Solve Whole-of-Nation Challenges,” included several external guest speakers and panelists, including keynote speaker, Dr. Emily Blanchard, Chief Economist, U.S. Dept. of State. We will be planning our upcoming event, “Navigating the Global Economic Maze,” in 2025.
